  • Lyn Gould: Group Finance Director

    Lyn controls all aspects of the financial control of the business, working closely with the Office Manager to ensure that all day to day financial issues are maintained in line with our current SAGE Line 50 software requirements.

    Coordination and monitoring of all monthly income and expenditure, in preparation for the month end shut downs and profit and loss management reporting to the group accountants.

    Carol Lyons: Office Manager

    Carol manages all administrative procedures in Group, and ensures that all requirements are controlled and documented in line with our in house Quality Assured procedures.

    She has been with the company some ten years now, and controls and administers all issues with in the Gould Group of companies.

    Carol is also Group Company Secretary, working closely with the Finance Director to ensure that all accounts and documentation procedures with in group are applied and up held in line with current legislation.

    Ray Davis: Group Accountants

    Responsible for the monitoring and production of all Group auditing and accounts in preparation for Group December year ends.

    Works closely with the Financial Director to ensure that all Group accounts are reconciled and that the monthly management reports and balance sheets are in line with sales and project forecasts via SAGE Line 50 Job Costing software.

  • Russell Hewitt: CAD Manager

    Russell is responsible for the coordination and organisation of all CAD & CAD CAM requirements between our project and production teams. He also controls the CAD elements of his own projects in liaison with the project managers for these contracts.

    Russell coordinates all programming with in the CAD department, to ensure that all site delivery schedules are maintained in line with our contract programme requirements.

    Russells 15 year experience in all aspects of CAD enables him to monitor all of our internal drawing processes and procedures, along maintaining awareness of any new innovative improvements to CAD software that may be available in the market place.

    Joanne Robertson: CAD Operator

    Joanne undertakes a CAD support role with in the CAD department. Based on her 15 years experience as a CAD Operator, Joanne is fully conversant with all the latest Auto CAD 2007 & CAD CAM systems and procedures.

    Currently supporting Marcus Chalk on the QA project, Joanne also provides additional requirements for all contracts to enable manufacturing deadlines to be achieved.

    Marcus Chalk: CAD Draughtsman

    Marcus joined the company in 2006 and has proved to be a valuable acquisition to our CAD department. Marcus works closely with Russell Hewitt to ensure that all CAD requirements are achieved on programme.

    Marcus is at present managing the CAD CAM package for our £2.3 million project at QA Hospital Portsmouth. He is working closely with our client on a design and development basis to ensure that the most cost effective and practical construction schemes are achieved.

  • Mike Gould: Group Principal

    Mike founded the group of companies back in 1995. His expansion plans for the group have been assisted with the rapid growth of WML Ltd over the past three years.

    The combined group strength, along with the holding companies ability to provide capital funding towards the expansion process, has enabled WML Ltd to move on and expand its client base and project capacity to its present day levels.

    With the added benefits of having our group commercial property portfolio, we are able to further enhance our production capacities to consolidate our long term future in the industry, along with continuing our diversification programme to provide a complete turn key air system service.

    His aim is to continue to diversify our group strength in to various related services sectors, in line with continuing to grow our group property portfolio and in turn provide all capital investment requirements to enable the expansion process to be implemented.

    Roy Towl: Commercial Director

    Roy is responsible for all the commercial aspects of the business including sales, client liaison and development.

    Roy also has vast experience with in the industry spanning over 30 years. He has brought a fresh and progressive approach towards the expansion of our client base, along with introducing a customer care programme which monitors performance levels with our clients on all contracts with in our industry sectors.

    Roy is also growing our partnering strategy to our clients, to enable an open book audited service that promotes a more trust and negotiation based procurement process to be applied, therefore enabling a long term repeat business relationship to be formed.

  • Kevin Sessions: Contracts Manager

    Kevin is conversant with all aspects of the business, with over 20 years experience in the ductwork sector. Kevin is also a qualified CAD draughtsman and can combine the capacity to project manage along with controlling all CAD aspect of his contracts in liaison with our CAD department.

    Kevin has been controlling one of our larger contracts at Lancelot & Brompton in London. This is a high profile commercial and residential project in Knightsbridge, with a final contract value of over £1 million for the ductwork package.

    Kevin’s recent elevation to contracts manager has been created through our internal training and succession management programme.

    Keith Waldron: Project Manager

    Being conversant with all aspects of the ductwork contracting industry, Keith is a former managing director who was also on the draughting panel of DW144 & DW172

    His vast experience spanning over 40 years in the industry has been a key element of our expansion process, having produced and refined all internal company procedures including our internal QA manuals, environmental and equal opportunities policies.

    Keith has been invited back on to the HVCA, to bring his wealth and experience to what creates and controls all specifications and criteria contained with in the WML product and service range.

    Brian Rhodes: Project Manager

    Brian has over 35 years experience in the ductwork industry, a large element of his project management background has been in the health care sector. He has managed as number of health care and hospital projects, with contract values varying between £40 k and £1 million.

    Brian is at present controlling our project at QA Hospital Portsmouth, with a contract value of £2.3 million. The project at QA is a direct procurement contract, supplying all aspects of the ductwork, plant and ancillary equipment contained with in the air system package.

    Steve Dye: Project Manager

    With over 30 years experience in the ductwork industry, Steve moved to the ductwork sector from his original mechanical services background. Based on the group intention to move in to the facility management sector, Steve will be a key internal factor in creating the building services supply chain and internal QA procedures.

    Having managed contracts with in a wide range of our contract portfolio, including the commercial, retail, and education sectors, Steve has a flexible and knowledgeable work ethic that continually scores well in client contract appraisals.

    Alex Roberts: Contracts Engineer

    Alex has over 20 years experience with in the ductwork industry. He is an advanced time served sheet metal worker, conversant with all aspects of the manufacturing and installation processes.

    Having been responsible for all the site installations that are presently held in our contract portfolio, Alex is also now controlling a number of small works projects, as a natural progression in to project management.

  • Nigel Withington: Production Director

    Nigel is responsible for all production requirements within group. He ensures that all current manufacturing procedures are managed in accordance with our production line facility, along with retaining all safe working practices as identified in our works H&S policy.

    Nigel is also in control of all design and development issues in liaison with Gary our Production Manager, to ensure that we are achieving best possible financial and engineering solutions for our clients.

    With his 35 year experience in the fabrication and engineering industry, he is implementing his diversification strategy to embrace a wider customer base and product range.

    Gary McGinty: Production Manager

    Gary controls all manufacturing requirements, overseeing and monitoring production and fabrication levels with in group. He works closely with the production director to ensure that all manufacturing deadlines are achieved, with out compromising our internal audited H&S procedures.

    Gary’s fabrication experience is combined with his vast IT skills which work in conjunction with our CAD department to ensure all IT information reaches our computerised manufacturing processes in the correct format.
