Our staff employment policy is to encourage the progression of our current vastly experienced project management staff. This is allied to the introduction of trainees in the CAD and project management sections of the business.

We also have a number of our workshop operatives gaining further qualifications; this will in turn enhance our product range and production capacity.

All the above will introduce the progression and succession management that will be required to consolidate our current expansion programme, and in turn secure the long term future of WML Ltd.
